The hotel provides many amenities, including a spa. I found everything I wanted to visit within reasonable walking distance, such as shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here when in town again.
The hotel parking was full upon my arrival, this was not a great start. I was also disappointed the staff did not mention or apologize for a power cut during check out. Overall the experience lacked typical customer service.

The room was very comfortable and quiet, and I slept well. I found the beds and pillows very comfortable; the room included smart storage and ample shelving for all belongings. It was a pleasant stay with great room service.

I enjoyed my stay with a super comfy room. I appreciated the convenience of the location. I could walk to the main attractions without any hassle. the staff provided information about the city. That was helpful. it made exploring the area easier and more enjoyable!
The noise levels were disruptive. I found it difficult to relax or sleep due to loud patrons in the hallway. i wish there were better sound insulation to prevent disturbances during the night. Quiet nights are a must.

the room was spacious and well kept , and this detail met my expectations.
i was disappointed to find the noise levels from outside quite disruptive at times , particularly during peak hours. this made it difficult to relax or concentrate on work within the room. furthermore , the lack of clear signage to the leisure facilities led to some confusion. i spent unnecessary time trying to find the pool , and the staff i asked were not particularly helpful in providing directions.

convenient locationrude staff
the location was convenient to many attractions.
i had requested a fridge for breast milk storage before arrival yet it was unavailable i ended up wasting milk which was upsetting there was also a rude staff member during breakfast service who argued with other staff members.
